We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a cancellation and refund policy that is fair to our customers while also protecting the availability of our rental equipment. When an inflatable is reserved, it is removed from availability for other customers for that rental date.
A reservation deposit is required to reserve an inflatable and rental date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Winflatables.
The reservation deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your rental.
By submitting a reservation deposit or other payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If the customer cancels 8 or more days before the scheduled rental date, the reservation deposit is refundable.
Any refund issued will be subject to the Refunds & Transaction Fees provision below.
If the customer cancels 3–7 days before the scheduled rental date, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. However, the full amount of the reservation deposit may be transferred to a rental credit valid for 12 months from the original scheduled rental date.
All rescheduled rentals are subject to equipment and date availability.
If the customer cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
No refunds or rental credits will be issued for customer cancellations made on the scheduled rental date.
Louisiana weather can change quickly. A forecast showing a chance of rain, scattered showers, or thunderstorms does not automatically result in the cancellation of a rental.
Weather-related decisions will be based on the expected conditions at the actual rental location and whether the inflatable can be safely delivered, installed, and operated.
If unsafe weather conditions prevent the rental from taking place before delivery or setup, the customer may transfer all amounts paid to a rental credit valid for 12 months from the original scheduled rental date.
If Winflatables determines that weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to deliver or set up the equipment and the rental is canceled before delivery, Winflatables may also offer a refund. Any weather-related refund will be subject to the Refunds & Transaction Fees provision below.
Once the inflatable or other rental equipment has been delivered or setup has begun, the rental is considered fulfilled. No refunds or rental credits will be issued due to rain, storms, wind, loss of power, early shutdown, or other weather conditions occurring after delivery or setup has begun.
The customer is responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Winflatables, including shutting down and securing the inflatable when weather or wind conditions make continued operation unsafe.
Rental credits are valid for 12 months from the original scheduled rental date and may be applied toward another available Winflatables rental.
All rescheduled dates and specific inflatables are subject to availability. A rental credit does not guarantee that the same inflatable or a specific rental date will be available.
If the new rental has a higher price than the original rental, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new rental has a lower price, any remaining credit will remain subject to the original expiration date unless otherwise agreed to by Winflatables.
Rental credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
When a refund is issued for a customer-requested cancellation, weather-related cancellation, or other circumstance not caused by Winflatables, the refund amount will be reduced by any transaction, processing, transfer, refund, or other non-refundable fees charged by Venmo, Cash App, a credit card processor, or any other third-party payment provider used to process the original payment or refund.
Winflatables will refund the amount otherwise eligible for refund less any non-refundable third-party transaction or processing fees incurred in connection with the payment or refund.
If Winflatables is unable to fulfill the reservation because of an equipment issue or another issue within the control of Winflatables, the customer may choose either:
Once the rental equipment has been delivered or setup has begun, the rental is considered fulfilled.

This provision does not apply if the equipment cannot be used because of an equipment failure or other issue caused by Winflatables.
Reservation deposits and rental payments should only be sent using payment instructions provided directly by an authorized Winflatables representative.
Winflatables may accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, or other approved payment methods.
Customers should never send payment to an account, username, phone number, email address, or payment link unless it has been provided or confirmed directly by Winflatables.

By submitting a reservation deposit or other payment to Winflatables, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
